The Glow of the City by UrbanRural-Photo The Glow of the City by UrbanRural-Photo
So cold this morning. Walking to my location in Gaswork Park all I could see is frost on the grass and the concrete. I was late getting out there this morning so I did not capture the sun coming up over the city but the clarity of the sky and the air was just perfect. I was going to call it a day and turn around and go back home but I said what the hey. Go thing I didn’t cause this was one of the better shoots this year. I got 4 good shots out of this one but I need to crop the second pano down to fit the print sizes. But I was able to get the normal 3 image HDR and a 6 image HDR and the pano is a 9 image photomerge HDR.

my favorite of the three.. it's crisp, plus the water seems to be more calm in the background area. i also like the 'bay view' with the wrap around. she's a pretty one for sure

0.0 whoa, I found what I was looking for XD
Long story short, for an hour I've been looking for a piece that was more then just another addition to dA ^^.
Ok!!
GREAT JOB, I love the shot, it's awesome, perfect view of the city and the reflection you caught is amazing, it's almost as if the reflection was a fading world! Also, the warm and cool colors make it calm and relaxing while adding a bit of flare that I don't usually see.
