It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Lights, Camera, WTF...

Well everything was going well last Friday after a shoot in the garage.  I was editing photos, jamming to the BBC radio with itunes and then...  WTF.  My computer just stopped.  Nothing moved, nothing worked and I was right in the middle of an edit.  No worries i will just reboot.

Well it's a week later and the I feel like an ass-hat.  I tried to recover the 89 pix from the shoot on Friday only to loose everything.  I mean a month of scanning, all my save tv shows for this past season (I am a big CSI fan) and all of my family picks from when my mom was here from Chicago.

No worries, I will rebuild it.  We can make it stronger, faster (somebody que the music)...

This weekend will be consisting of 3 shoots, flowers tonight, model on Sat. and Sun for ~Surrealeyestudio.  Oh and rebuilding the F*@king computer.
